Motor vehicle crashes are the leading cause of workplace fatalities. Nearly six workers are killed every day — more than two thousand each year — while driving, riding in, or working around motor vehicles in traffic.

The Dynamics of Fleet Safety program is designed for safety supervisors and managers of all fleet types – trucks, buses, motor coaches, cars, vans, motorcycles, fork lifts, golf carts, etc. – John's background consists of more than 30 years in the trucking industry and has worked with trucking companies needing to pass a FMCSA DOT audit as well as underwriters who insure them.  John Pinckney, the instructor,  uses the Dynamics of Fleet Safety to specifically prepare safety personnel in the motor carrier (trucking) industry for an audit.

This program is the first in a series of courses that will lead to the Fleet Excellence Safety Certificate from the National Safety Council.  This course gives fleet safety managers the confidence and the competence to face the ever changing challenges of developing, running, and maintaining an efficient fleet safety operation and successful career.

The four hour course costs $165.00 per person and includes the Motor Fleet Safety Manual, Resource Guide, and A Guide to Determine Motor Vehicle Accident Preventability.

Upon a written "driver" complaint, following a Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) "Recordable" crash with fatality, or two (2) or more Safersys scores above 75 presents an increased risk to the trucking company that a FMCSA "Compliance Audit" will shortly occur.

Attending the National Safety Council's, "Dynamics of Fleet Safety" training course will help a trucking company's Fleet Safety person prepare for an audit by the FMCSA.
